Bryana Reyes first ed the volunteer staff of the Wogan S. I am now 18, making me a club member who has literally grown up in the program over the past 12 years. The club has helped me gain new friends, from other schools and taught me to improve my interaction with kids my age, through sharing, assisting, or even just learning to wait to take turns in playing a game. She has developed into a wonderful role model for the younger members of the club.

As a result, she has been a remarkable asset to the youth counselors as well as the kids. Bryana is the type of person, who will do whatever is asked of her, with a smile on her face; whether that includes being a homework helper, mentor, or assistant to the counselors.

During the years I have known Bryana, I have found her to be a hardworking, respectful, and well-mannered, young lady, who possess outstanding leadership qualities! During her high school years, Bryana volunteered at the Club, as well as at Purcell Elementary, Relay for Life, and various other community projects such as cleaning up after Hurricane Irma.
Bryana has accumulated over service hours in our community!

Because she continued improving, she was placed directly on the varsity squad. Bryana goes above and beyond those duties, by offering helpful assistance, such as, teaching other female members to fix their hair into buns, proper uniform presentation, and she even has provided snacks for her team during drill practice.

Bryana is now focused on her biggest challenge, to excel in academics. She has already improved her GPA, even while participating in all her other activities and has become a better student overall!

In addition to volunteering and other school activities, Bryana also holds a job at Dairy Queen, working over twenty hours per week. She is dedicated to positively impacting the lives of others. She has mastered juggling the demands of home, work, school, and volunteering, and will continue to be an inspiration to those around her, as she emerges as a true community leader, committed to continuous improvement.
